His approach transforms organizations into living ecosystems of value. Leveraging over 20 years of experience as a certified expert consultant , Dr. Sameer has successfully applied Service Design principles across diverse sectors, including restructuring public transportation systems (PPP), developing innovative educational curricula, and enhancing social impact in the non-profit sector.

Dr. Sameer holds a PhD and Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering (focusing on Service Design) from North Carolina A&T State University , an MBA from the University of Hull , and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership from Harvard Business School. He is a founding member of the Service Design Network in the Middle East and a Co-Founder of Oner Management Consulting
